BUDDHA is a deep, slow Yoga-physiotherapy class. Profoundly correcting, aligning and releasing at the same time. As we hold postures longer, you will de-stress, turn your attention inwards and gently get wound down. 

BUDDHA carefully opens your hips, spine, neck, knees and wrists. You'll increase your flexibility with long, still holds allowing you to soften, relax and reset. We end every class with a guided meditation and relaxation. It's your Kolkata style Yin-retreat inwards, to re-connect and restore your true power.
