FIRST TIME WITH US?

To help you prepare for your first visit, check out some useful tips below.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST VISIT?

  • Come hydrated. Drink plenty of water throughout the day, at least 2 hours before your class starts.

  • Try not to eat anything 2 hours prior to the class.

  • Register online, this will save you time at the studio.

  • If you have any questions about your class, please get in touch with us beforehand.

  • Do you have any injuries? Please let your instructor know before your class starts.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?

  • A towel for showering after your class. We rent shower towels if you don't want to bring your own.

  • The Yoga mat and Yoga towel are on us. Please feel free to bring your own if you wish.

  • Bottled water. We sell bottled water at the studio, feel free to bring your reusable bottle.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Wear something comfy that allows you to move freely. We recommend:

  • Women - shorts or leggings and a sports bra or vest.

  • Men - shorts with or without top.

You will sweat, so please avoid bulky clothing. Remember though, your underwear is not Yoga gear!

All our classes are practiced barefoot.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

We ask that you arrive 20 minutes before your class starts so you don't have to rush the check-in and can get settled.

Check-in starts 30 minutes before class - please avoid arriving before this time.
