FIRST TIME WITH US?To help you prepare for your first visit, check out some useful tips below.+HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST VISIT?Come hydrated. Drink plenty of water throughout the day, at least 2 hours before your class starts.Try not to eat anything 2 hours prior to the class.Register online, this will save you time at the studio.If you have any questions about your class, please get in touch with us beforehand.Do you have any injuries? Please let your instructor know before your class starts.+WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?A towel for showering after your class. We rent shower towels if you don't want to bring your own.The Yoga mat and Yoga towel are on us. Please feel free to bring your own if you wish.Bottled water. We sell bottled water at the studio, feel free to bring your reusable bottle.+WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? Wear something comfy that allows you to move freely. We recommend:Women - shorts or leggings and a sports bra or vest.Men - shorts with or without top. You will sweat, so please avoid bulky clothing. Remember though, your underwear is not Yoga gear! All our classes are practiced barefoot.+WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE? We ask that you arrive 20 minutes before your class starts so you don't have to rush the check-in and can get settled.
